- What is the Campaign offer?
- 20% cashback upon purchasing at selected merchants using NexusPay/Rocket at Dutch Bangla Bank QR.
- What is the campaign duration?
- Offer is valid form 1st Ramadan, 2024 to last day of Ramadan, 2024. However, Bank reserves the right to extend or withdraw the offer, or modify or change the offer at any time without prior notice.
- Who are eligible for this offer?
- Dutch Bangla Bank NexusPay (except Loyalty Cards) and Rocket users are eligible for this offer.
- Is there any minimum transaction requirement to be eligible for the cashback offer?
- Yes, to be eligible for cashback offer minimum required transaction is BDT 1,000.
- What is the maximum cashback amount for this offer?
- NexusPay and Rocket users (all together) will enjoy maximum BDT 600 as cashback (including all merchants) during this campaign. Per day maximum cashback is BDT 300 and for Rocket BDT 100/day.
- Shall customers get cashback separately for NexusPay and Rocket app?
- No, if customer has both NexusPay and Rocket app he will be eligible for maximum cashback BDT 600 for the transaction performed from both apps cumulatively
- Is the offer applicable for all platforms?
- No, offer is applicable for Dutch Bangla Bank QR transaction only.
- Which transactions will be considered under this campaign?
- Only retail transactions will be considered for this campaign and Dutch Bangla Bank reserves the rights to disallow any transaction performed for commercial purposes.
- Which transaction will not be considered under this campaign?
- Transactions from NexusPay Loyalty Points card will not be considered under this campaign.
- When cashback amount will be disbursed?
- Cashback amount will be disbursed within 30 days after the campaign period.
