Ramadan Mega Award Campaign-2024 FAQ
- What is the Campaign offer?
- Top 25 (Pathao top 3 and other top 22) Dutch-Bangla Bank Nexus Debit/Credit/Prepaid Cardholders and Rocket accountholders will be eligible for Mega Awards. Each winner will get free Dhaka-Cox’s Bazar-Dhaka Couple Air Ticket with One Night Stay at selected luxurious Hotel/Resort.
- What is the campaign duration?
- Offer is valid form 1st Ramadan, 2024 to last day of Ramadan, 2024. However, Bank reserves the right to extend or withdraw the offer, or modify or change the offer at any time without prior notice.
- Who are eligible for this offer?
- All Dutch-Bangla Bank Nexus Debit/Credit/Prepaid Cardholders and Rocket accountholders are eligible for this offer.
- Is there any category restriction?
- Yes, offer is applicable for POS and QR transactions only at selected merchants as mentioned below.
- Is there any transaction amount restriction?
- No. Offer is applicable for any amount of purchase using Dutch Bangla Bank POS & QR. For Pathao, offer is applicable for any amount of purchase at Pathao app
- Which transactions will be considered in this campaign?
- Only retail transactions will be considered for this campaign and Dutch Bangla Bank reserves the rights to disallow any transaction performed for commercial purposes.
- Shall Winner be selected by the no of transactions or Volume?
- Winner will be selected by transaction volume (Total amount by Nexus Debit/Credit/Prepaid and Rocket). In case of identical volume, earlier transaction time will be considered for selecting the winner.
- Who will select the winner?
- Dutch-Bangla Bank will reserves the sole right to select the winners.
- Winner announcement date?
- After completion of the campaign, Dutch-Bangla Bank will announce the winners within one month.
- Does the Mega Award (Air Ticket + Hotel) Schedule is flexible?
- There will be time limit to avail the offer & Dutch-Bangla Bank will confirm the Winner while handover the Mega Awards.
- Can you share Hotel / Resort/ Airlines name?
- Dutch-Bangla Bank will confirm the Winner while handover the Mega Award.
