1. How to register NexusPay App from Abroad? Ans: Registration Process:

• Download and install the NexusPay App from Play store/App Store.

• Open NexusPay App and click Register.

• Agree to the Terms & conditions and click on ABROAD.

• User will select Country code & input valid mobile number and click on REGISTER.

• User will input 06 digits OTP (One Time Password) sent to his foreign mobile number through SMS and click NEXT.

• User will set 6 digits PIN and Reconfirm the PIN.

• User will get successful registration message and click on VERIFY NOW.

• User will complete verification by providing valid NID, passport and work permit/VISA/Departure slip/other applicable document for NBR and click on Next.

• User will perform Face matching and complete the e-KYC.

2. How to open Dutch Bangla Bank Account through NexusPay App? Ans: Account Open Process:

• After completing registration, user will get an inactive Virtual Nexus Card.

• User will tap-on the Virtual Nexus Card and select Open New Account.

• User will select agree to the Terms and Conditions and follow the instructions shown in the screen.

• After completing the process, user will see successful response of account opening request.

• DBBL Employees from selected Branch will receive, review and accept the account opening request and Virtual Nexus Card will be activated.

• User will get his card and account details by clicking on CARD DETAILS and VIEW ACCOUNT NUMBER button.

2. How to open Dutch Bangla Bank Account through NexusPay App? Ans: Account Open Process:

• User will tap-on the Virtual Nexus Card and select Open New Account.

• After completing the process, user will see successful response of account opening request.

• DBBL Employees from selected Branch will receive, review and accept the account opening request and Virtual Nexus Card will be activated.

• User will get his card and account details by clicking on CARD DETAILS and VIEW ACCOUNT NUMBER button.

3. How to Add Dutch Bangla Bank Existing Core Account in NexusPay App? Ans: Account Add Process:

• After completing registration, user will get an inactive Virtual Nexus Card.

• User will tap-on the Virtual Nexus Card and select ADD EXISTING ACCOUNT.

• User will provide 13 digits DBBL account number and click on NEXT.

• User will perform Face matching.

• User will input 06 digits OTP (One Time Password) sent to his foreign mobile number through SMS and click NEXT.

• In the backend, Core Banking Account alert number will be matched against NexusPay wallet number.

• If all matching success, Virtual Nexus Card will be activated.

• User will get his card and account details by clicking on CARD DETAILS and VIEW ACCOUNT NUMBER button.

4. How to add Rocket Account in NexusPay App?

Ans: If a user already has anActive Rocket Account, he can easily add his Rocket account in NexusPay App.

Rocket Account Add process:

• User will tap on My Cards from NexusPay menu bar, select Rocket and click on NEXT.

• User will provide Name, Rocket number, 4-digit Rocket PIN and click on SUBMIT.

• User will input 06 digits OTP (One Time Password) sent to his foreign mobile number through SMS and click GO.

• In the backend, face matching will be executed between NexusPay Image and Rocket Image.

• If face matching success, Tokenized Rocket Card will be added successfully.

5. How to add foreign mobile number in NexusPay App?

Ans: If a customer already has NexusPay App, he can easily add his foreign mobile number to avail all types of NexusPay Services.

Foreign Mobile Number Add Process:

• User will tap on Settings from NexusPay menu bar and click on OTP/SMS Setup menu.

• User will get his registered account number and OTP/SMS channel and click on +ADD OTP/SMS CHANNEL.

• User will Enter country code, mobile number, complete the steps showing in screen and click on NEXT.

• User will get App notification, ‘New Mobile number added successful’

6. Can get Govt. incentive when remittance sends to Sender or Receiver Remittance Account?

Ans: Yes, 2.5% of Transaction Amount as Govt. incentive will be credited in account.

7. Shall the user do other activities available in NexusPay?

Ans: User can do basic activities like Send Money, Mobile Top-Up, Bill Pay, Other Bank Transfer, Balance Enquiry and Generate Mini Statement.

8. What is the minimum and maximum Transaction limit for Remittance Credit?

Ans: No transaction Limit. Customer sends any amount to DBBL account as remittance.

9. Is NexusPay App available in all countries?

Ans: No. Currently following 19 countries are eligible for using NexusPay app. But it is updating on regular basis.

10. Which Documents are required to open an account in NexusPay?

Ans: Valid National ID, Passport, Work permit/VISA/Departure slip/other applicable document for NBR, Nominee Photo and NID.

11. Who is eligible for NexusPay service?

Ans: Anyone who is Bangladeshi Nationality with above mentioned documents and a mobile number.

12. Can user add existing account with NexusPay?

Ans: Yes.

13. Can an overseas user do all type of transaction by his already added card in the app after changing OTP/SMS number? Like Debit card, Credit Card, Prepaid card, Rocket, Agent Banking Debit card & Loyalty Points Card.

Ans: Yes, except Loyalty Points Card. Loyalty Points Card will not be shown in the app.

14. Will the existing transaction limit remain effective?

Ans: Yes.

15. In the app, user can add maximum two numbers per country. Then which number will get priority to get the OTP?

Ans: The number which is set as default.

16. Is there any restriction exist to use the overseas numbers in the same handset?

Ans: No restriction on handset.

17. Does an existing customer need to reinstall the app after reaching abroad?

Ans: No.

18. Can customer use the virtual card number for e-com transaction?

Ans: No.

19. If customer is staying at abroad, how his account alert number will be verified by OTP?

Ans: Customer has to change his account alert number by calling DBBL Call center.

20. If customer forgets his App Password while staying at abroad, how he will reset the pass word?

Ans: By calling DBBL Call center.

21. If customer change his handset while staying at abroad, will he get the verification code in his overseas mobile number which he set earlier?

Ans: Yes, he will get verification code.

22. Will all other process of new handset verification/ password reset remain same, if customer gets the verification code?

Ans: Yes, customer will get the verification code

23. Will the overseas customer need to match face ID along with Rocket A/C number and PIN to add the Rocket account in the overseas used app?

Ans: Yes.

24. If an overseas customer return to Bangladesh, will he be able to use existing NexusPay App using BD mobile number?

Ans: No, he has to register again with his BD mobile number.

25. Which DBBL account can be opened through NexusPay App from overseas?

Ans: Only CODE 157 (SAVINGS DEPOSIT ACCOUNT–PLUS) account open is possible through NexusPay App from overseas at this moment.
