DBBL's nominated outlets can receive money against registered account

Deposit at Agent Banking Outlet point/Teller point:

• Customer comes to Agent Banking Outlet/Teller Point for deposit; inform his account number/show account card and Hand over the cash to Agent Banking Outlet/Teller.
• Agent Banking Outlet/Teller Log-in to Portal/ e-POS/ m-POS terminal by using Password/PIN
• System will verify device MAC ID and will allow login
• Agent Banking Outlet/Teller initiates deposit transaction
• Input account number
• Input amount
• Input Agent Banking Outlet/Teller FP
• System will debit sub-agent account and credit customer account
• Agent Banking Outlet/Teller will inform customer and provide customer copy of deposit slip
• Customer will be notified through SMS, if mobile number is linked.

Deposit at First Track cash Deposit Machine:

• Customer comes to First Track for deposit and fill up deposit form
• Insert money in to an envelope and handover to First Track Officer.
• First Track Officer/customer drops the envelope in to CDM.
• CDM will provide deposit slip to the customer.
• First Track Officer will send the envelope to Branch
• Branch Officer will credit the customer account.
• Customer will get SMS notification if mobile number is linked
